My Policies

Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The 50% will be taken off your overall total. The outstanding payment is to be paid on the day, unless it's a wedding booking, then it's required the night before.

Cancellation

• Cancellation by the Client - If the Client cancels 48 hours or MORE before the scheduled appointment time, the client will receive a 50% refund of the overall bill amount. If the client cancels LESS than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, NO refund will be given.

• Cancellation by the Photographer - If the Photographer cancels the booking, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

Delivery Times

• For a wedding the turnaround time is 4-8 weeks from the wedding date.



• For a standard photoshoot the turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the photoshoot date.

Consent Form

• A consent for will be given on the day and MUST be signed before the photographer is allowed to take any photographs.



• If you have a wedding booking the consent form will be sent the night before and MUST be signed before I am allowed to take any photographs.
