My Policies

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The 25% will be taken off your overall total. The outstanding payment is to be paid on the day, unless it's a wedding booking, then it's required the night before.

Cancellation

• Cancellation by the Client - If the Client cancels 48 hours or MORE before the scheduled appointment time, the client will receive a 50% refund of the overall bill amount. If the client cancels LESS than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time, NO refund will be given.

• Cancellation by the Photographer - If the Photographer cancels the booking, all payments made, including the deposit, will be refunded in full.

Delivery & Response Times

I provide estimated delivery timelines for all galleries and projects, and these are always stated in business days unless otherwise specified. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as editing days. My typical response times for messages and enquiries are also given in business days to ensure clarity and consistency. This protects both sides and allows for flexibility during weekends or holidays.

• For a wedding the turnaround time is 4-8 weeks from the wedding date.
• For a standard photoshoot the turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from the photoshoot date.

• For response times I aim to respond ASAP but if I cant for any reason I will typically respond within 48hrs of your message.

Consent Form

• A consent for will be given on the day and MUST be signed before the photographer is allowed to take any photographs.



• If you have a wedding booking the consent form will be sent the night before and MUST be signed before I am allowed to take any photographs.
